Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sapphire account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
